Roast Beast

Here are 2 of the 12 whole beef top rounds that the Brookline, NH firefighters and other volunteers helped cook, at Saturday's Tyler Ride. This beef was heavily rubbed with olive oil, herbs, spices, and tons of garlic. Then slow roasted over some Wicked Good Lump Charcoal. It made one hell of a sandwich.

Yeah, those guys did a real nice job cooking that beef. They even brought a commercial grade meat slicer.
