This weekend is the Lake Placid I Love BBQ Festival in Lake Placid, NY. Lakeside Smokers will not be there due to other Forth of July plans. This is a great festival from what many teams tell me. They have a midnight grilling bash, peoples choice awards, food demos, music, rides and much more. Last year over 8000 people showed up and helped raise over $20,000 for the Shipman Youth Center of Lake Placid. So, good food, good people, and a good cause. If your looking for something to do this weekend, Lake Placid should be it.
