This weekend Lakeside Smokers will be in Troy, NY at the Troy Pig Out. We will be competing with 19 other teams for a New York State Championship. On Saturday afternoon there will be a People's Choice Certified Angus Rib Eye Steak Cookoff. All the Proceeds will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Saturday night will be bands and fireworks. And Sunday will be the KCBS competition. This event is being held at Riverfront Park, downtown Troy, and is free to the public. Please come by and say hi.
