Lakeside Smokers’ Competition BBQ Class
This will be a 2 day class held at our home in Methuen, MA. We will be covering our entire process from meat selection and trimming to injections, rubs, wraps, glazes and final presentations. We will be following our actual competition timeline.
The class will be held on Saturday, April 27 from Noon till Midnight. Then resuming at 7AM on Sunday, April 28 and will end around 2PM.
The price of the class will be $400 per person. It will include snacks and drinks on Saturday afternoon and dinner Saturday night. Coffee and a light breakfast on Sunday followed by BBQ for lunch. Great beer will also be flowing all weekend. Because this will be held at our home space is very limited.
